My experience went from bad to worse. No one bothered to even inspect my vehicle before it was returned to me after sitting in their lot for 2 months. I will not return; I am finding another place to service my vehicle.

It was a very pleasant experience being able to park my car and get out without already being harassed by a salesman. After walking in the showroom, Darryl approached me asking if I had an appointment with someone or if I was new to the dealer. From the time he brought the trucks out that I wanted to see and test drive, he never made me feel pressured to buy, which is a quality lacking in most dealerships. Came back in the following day for my wife and kids to see the trucks and sit in them, again without any pressure from Darryl. We talked numbers and came to an agreement. The downfall was in finance. We declined a warranty, but then was told he would still give us the warranty for $10 a month. When the paperwork was printed out, there was an additional $4500 for said warranty. The $10 a month for 72 months didn’t add up to that greatly inflated number and when asked, he couldn’t answer clearly. I would still return to this dealer only because of Darryl Dave.

Everything went smooth, Darryl Dave was great to work, he explained all the trucks options as well. Darryl is a huge asset to Vanguard!!
