The service department at Vanguard GMC Carrollton goes above and beyond to make things correct that they did not cause. I had some paint issues with my new Yukon Denali, it took a few tries, but they got it better than perfect! To me that is the best way to judge a car dealership, how the deal with and respond to different issues that were created by the manufacturer. Wallace G. is very knowledgeable, always prompt, and courteous. Does a great job of managing the service process. Ashley W. is a very low-pressure salesperson and knows cars better than most men! I highly recommend Vanguard GMC Carrollton!
